Used paypal and his credit card company to fraudulently chargeback a $2000 deposit left on a titled vehicle that he has in his possession. Himself and another person called his mechanic inspected the vehicle, signed the title with a notary, and took the vehicle. 2 months later a chargeback for the deposit. Remaining balance was paid in cash at time of pick-up.
