I am rejecting this response because: We have not changed any of the phone numbers that have been in contact with the company. Nor has the insurance company changed anything, numbers or email, besides its name. A day after we received your email, notifying us of your contact with Valley Pro, we received the attached text messages at the same numbers that we have always had for the last 5 years. We want the job done and will contact the company tomorrow, but until we start seeing some progress we will not cannot accept this response. In addition, we have been in contact with our mortgage company and have known that the only reason Valley Pro hasn't been paid in full is because they are awaiting progress reports and pictures with a detailed bill of the work that has been done. We received two checks and turned them into Valley pro after we signed them. We shall keep you updated if the work continues. We can understand that you have much work in San Antonio, but we need you to finish this one. If you lose contact again, you have our address and several numbers to reach us at.
