Review: I had them work on a small cutter, that has not been used. do to the clamp not working correctly.Which they say was a new part. the machine was picked up and took a few weeks to get worked on.a few days after it was dropped off. I tried to use it and the clamp just locked up.I was told it worked perfectly. I guess I must be blind and not know the difference.I asked for a break down on parts and labor, and travel time.I didnt get a response. I then looked up the part they claim cost about $150.00 actual price was close to $30.00, as per what I was told they stand by their work, the machine they worked on is worse off then before. Also how they come up with the pricing and the time it took I am not sure.I was also told that they never worked on a small cutter like the one I had.All they had to do was say we do not service these machines.I feel like I have been taken to the cleaners and cheated.I will tell you this beware of doing business with themand make sure they give you a break down on what they are doing.Desired Settlement: fix the cutter
