I was given a *** fee of $on my property which I was told it was processing fees by *** office *** *** *** *** *** *** ***I wasn't given and warning, I was told by someone in office this lien is filed on state record and I must pay in days letter dated 2/8/It read: This letter shall serve as Association's notice of intent to record a Claim of Lien against your property no later than days after your receipt of this letter, unless you pay in full the amount set forth: Assessment &175.00, late fee $,interest $and *** fees $The fees of $and $I can understand but the $why??? I never been behind and I've just purchase my home 3yrs agoI seem they are thing to get more money out residentsPlease HELP!
