Regarding order # [redacted]...due to a discepency in our vendor order we did not receive the sold product in a timely manner. This resulted in a refund of $99.99 on December 29th in lieu of the product which we were not able to ship.

This was a case of a customer who misunderstood what was being offered.  The customer claimed that the product was not "as advertised" but the product shipped to him was the same as we ship to hundreds of other satisfied customers with no claims to its manufacturer's country of origin. On...
