I ordered $in blinds and was shipped an incomplete order When I emailed our representative about the issue, he sent me a quote to purchase them I ordered $in blinds in September to fulfill a leasing obligation on the 10th floor I received the blinds in October and they sat in a room until April After the construction was complete, my team and I began to install the blinds but we noticed sets of blinds were missing from the order I email our representative, [redacted] who was no longer with the company and a man named [redacted] replied I explained our position and he emailed the manufacturer and they sent him a copy of the packing slip stating all the blinds were there This was not the case but [redacted] sided with the manufacturer and sent me a proposal for the missing blinds that I already purchased in September This isn't the first time that Valley Lighting has not honored its orders with me so I have decided to no longer use their services
