normally send a confirmation within weeks of travel. Once I learned of *** ***'s distress, we emailed him and canceled his trip per his request. His card was neve charged. We aplogized to *** *** and wish him safe travels. We have taken several measures to ensure this won't happen again. We have changed our reservation system, all email will be opened on the day they are received. We have added personnel to ensure we have enough manpower to handle all inquires. Also, *** *** is no longer affiliated with Island Breeze Shuttle.
