In case *** *** *** /*** Cao Valley Hi Honda did communicate to Ms*** about *** not being available when she arrived (please see att email)All of the paperwork was complete in a timely manner however all of the information that
Ms*** provided the dealership were all under her business nameThe paychecks and bank statements were all under the business nameAt this point our finance dept was unable to contact the banks (banks close at 9pm not the dealership) to see what to do since it was going to be a personal purchase and not a business purchaseWe communicated to Ms*** the situation and asked her for proper paperwork under her name since this was a personal purchase and she got very offended and was unable to provide that
Valley Hi Honda assists all customer till the very end and has even stayed/will continue to stay after hoursUnfortunately in Ms*** 's situation we were unable to sell her a vehicle due to the lack of paperwork that she was unable to provide that evening
