water which flooded the yard came from a pond on the property that was not
properly maintained by the *** management companyIf plants and brush are not
cleared regularly from ponds, they overflowThe house itself was built
properly on the lot, and the lot elevation is
high enough according to the
engineering plans.
We
are now working with the *** to hire an engineering firm that will assess the
maintenance needed in the pond, and we will assist in having the work completed
as soon as possibleWe have assured the homeowner that we are taking immediate
action to help the *** management company resolve the issue
