I found all the staff to be incredibly kind, gentle, caring and professional. I really felt comfortable and taken care of each visit. A lot of businesses can do the bare minimal to make you not have a horrible experience, but I feel that Valley endotontics did a wonderful job at making me feel welcome, at peace and cared for.

Location [redacted], On 4/15/15 I received a bill for $23 on a $12.50 bill that I never received. So I sent in the $12.05 on 4/15 explaining that this is the first bill I have received and I didn't feel that I should have to pay $23 on a $12.50 bill. Since than I have received two more bills for $10. That is an awful high percentage on a $12.50 bill. I am paying it today with reluctance. But I will never go there again and neither will my family,retired co-workers or friends. I will also inform the referring Dr. I know it is not a large amount, but it is the principle of the matter.
