On May 12, 2017, I made a payment to the Valley ER Associates in the amount of $This bill was for services received on 3/29/The check was cashed but somehow not posted to my accountConsequently, Valley ER Associates send the bill to a collection agency, which reported it to the Credit Bureaus, significantly lowering my otherwise excellent credit score
Multiple phone calls to the Valley ER Associates, sending them copy of the cashed check, did not resolve the issueThe money, which left my bank account was NOT credited to my Valley ER Associates account
