Valley Dry Cleaners

Took a coat to Valley dry cleaner, made sure they could do job, said they could. 3 days after I picked up coat, put it on, all the leather at button site were pealing off, was not this way when dropped off. When I returned to shop that day the owners said it was that way when it was dropped off, then it was because it was vinyl not leather, this is a $500 coat with a fur collar.They were very insulting and all but called me a lair. Once they admitted it was there fault, they offered $100 store credit. This coat is 7 years old but in excellent condition, worn very seldom in Arizona. I found the same coat , used on line for $200, they refused. Asked about insurance they wanted a 7 y/o receipt, Do not keep receipts that long, did print the online coat ad, same coat, they said no. This is where it stands, they are not going to do anything.
