I did respond to [redacted] she has her title as you can tell by certificate of mailing. Please find enclosed the original pink copy of "Buy here/Pay here" registerd with the state that both [redacted] signed Dec. 28, 2015. They came to purchase a car, told me they had cash and a trade- in. No cash was exchanged, I already had the deal written up and all was signed before they told me they didn't have any money. The last thing done was buy here paper-amt they should have brought w/them was added. I didn't cheat them, They cheated me and they know it.Thank you, Valley Chapel Auto Sales
