Valley Center Wireless

Review: I have been using their Internet service for 21 months, under the 24 months contract. Recently I experienced for several days, very low speed (under 1Mbit/s during the afternoon hours, when I needed it the most), called them with complain on Nov 9, 2013 at 8:57 am. They called me back on Nov 11, 2013 saying: “one of the neighbor was out of alignment, you should see improvement by the next day, the latest” I waited a few days, and because there was no improvement and nobody contacted me regarding resolution of my complain , I canceled service. They charged me $79.98 cancellation fee! Since the cancellation was done based on poor service quality (section 1 of the agreement I signed with VC Wireless states: "This is an agreement between Valley Center Wireless and you to provide High Speed Internet Service...". In today's marked internet service with speed below 1Mbit/s cannot be considered as a high Speed Internet Service), I expect them to drop the cancellation fee.
