Valley Animal Hospital

This is a local Equine Vet that we have used for years with good results. Our recent experience was less than satisfying. Not only were we not satisfied with the veterinary services rendered, but was more surprised by their business practices. The questionable businesses practices included,

1.) Being asked to submit a credit card number to keep on file before treatment was completed
2.) A final total due was given to us but we had not received a completed billing statement and our credit card was charged
3.) We eventually received the billing statement via email but only after we called them to request it

We would not recommend this Equine Vet to anyone. We have spoken to both the Owner and the Vet about our dissatisfaction with the experience.
