I have had Johnson Refrigeration service our two heat pumps for over x years They have always provided excellent service years ago when I asked if I needed to replace my heat pumps, *** said no, that the one's I had were in excellent condition (being years old) and to wait, since there were new technologies coming outThere was no pressure to buy, and any issues were expertly diagnosed and repairedDuring one service call, the technician accidentally caused the schrader valve to stick openThe next day I noticed oil around the valve and called JRIThey sent a tech out immediatelyThe tech replaced the valve and recharged the system free of charge, even when I offered to pay This year (2014) I bit the bullet and replaced my again SEER units with variable speed SEER unitsInstallation was done professionally and they covered everything*** worked with me to determine the best units for our needs and how to eliminate hot spots we were experiencing ever since we moved in Clean up was exceptional, going so far as to sweep out my garage!
