terrible experience with this company
they lost my bag and I didn't have it for 3days and told me I would have to pay for it
they lost several other bags and they went to other peoples rooms etc
lots of miss miscommunication during our trip and lost chances to see things because bags weren't picked up in time and we were delayed
the business owner was exceptionally rude to me and yelled at me about my bag when I never involved him until the 3rd daymy children were in the room nad could here him screaming on the phone at me and started crying
I would not rec this company ever@!!!!!!!!!!!
