On January 27,2020 I purchased a 2007 honda Accord from said buyer. Three days later the car was no longer drivable, it had a blown engine. So they traded me out cars for a 2003 Toyota Camery which then broke down two days after receiving it.
To whom it may concern,
On 01/27/2020 *** purchased a 2007 Honda Accord from us. Not having the full amount we agreed to enter into a payment plan with this client with $1000 dollars down. By no means did we ever state the vehicle was brand new and notified the client that we did not have an inspection in hand for the vehicle and were selling it as is. For all our inventory is used and sold on an as is basis for a discounted price. The buyer waived their implied warranty and understood they were buying a used vehicle with high mileage. It was 12 days later when the client notified us that the vehicle had issues. We immediately notified the client that we would not be leaving them with a car that has issues. We since then took the loss on the vehicle and attempted to place her into another vehicle within her price range. We restructured the agreed payment plan to reflect the delay due to the vehicle having issues. As of now the second vehicle we placed her in began to develop issues as well. We have yet to ascertain whether the issues are due to negligence but despite the fact we notified the client that we would be covering the repairs and remedy the vehicle for her. We also took the liberty of putting her into one of our personal vehicles in the mean time while not receiving a single payment from the client that has been delinquent on their payment plan for approximately 3 weeks now. The client then continued to ignore and discontinue communication with us for a week until I arrived to the listed address to inquire about a new means of communication. Despite our efforts to resolve the issue in an efficient manner the client refuses to return calls or text messages. We are repairing the second vehicle and still waiting on the first agreed payment from the client but have not yet received it. Client refuses to leave us an email to reach out to them with. The client has copies of all the above mentioned documents and we have sent a copy of the signed payment plan contract for the client to refer to on multiple occasions. We have yet to receive a payment. The vehicle will be held on our lot and released once thee agreed payments are fulfilled and met to current. We can provide copies of all documentation as well as payment contracts, please advise. As per our phone call we apologize for the delay in response as we had not received an initial email from the Revdex.com. Upon receiving your latest email and phone call that did not go through we called back immediately yesterday, 03/15/2020 indicating that we would respond via email. I hope this information will suffice but if there is anything else you may need do not hesitate to ask.
