Review: Sent account to collections without notifying me that their credit card machine failed or that any balance was owed. I received a call Friday July 18, 2014 from a collections agency stating I owed Valerie Carregal a consulting fee and late fees for non payment.I have called, left several messages and sent two faxes requesting assistance from office staff with not response and replyDesired Settlement: Proof of balance owed and explanation of why I was not notified and all collection fees waived.
