Review: [redacted]I purchased a 4-wheeler from Valdosta Power Sports December 2012 I filed a complaint due to the 4-wheeler being defective and having to be repaired numerous times my account was with [redacted] but has been sold to [redacted] who is no help at all I have a defective over $10,000 4-wheeler that payments are being made on now Valdosta Power Sports has closed and I cant get any help I have filed a complaint with [redacted] but no response I feel have been done wrong I was 18 at the time I purchased it and a high school senior with no job they knew this my mom was gonna finance it in her name but they said to put it in mine to build up my credit so I did but my mom has been paying it I just want justice all Im asking is that [redacted] satisfy my debt with [redacted] on this 4-wheeler due to the problems I have had with it I have all my documents needed. Now that Valdosta Power Sports is closed I have no one to repair it and have lost out on my extended warranty with them please help me if you can.I don't know what else to do I cant afford an attorney. I am 20 years old have no job lost mine due to medical reasons. Thank you and God Bless.Desired Settlement: all I want is for my debt to be satisfied with Capital One on this defective 4-wheeler.
