I have received RetailMeNot Everyday circulars on my driveway for months and have requested them to stop, but they have not. They are delivered by this company, When I go on vacation, they will pile up on my driveway and make me more likely for house break in. I have contacted the phone number on the circular multiple times to have the delivery stop, but they have not.
I am contacting you to inform you that we have received Complaint ID; ***. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. They phoned me and explained that the deliveries will stop. I now have a manager's phone number in case it happens again. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

This is the fifth week in a row that I have not received my circulars and called to file a complaint. In the previous weeks I was assured that a supervisor would call me and I would receive the circulars. As of today, I have not received the telephone call promised nor the circulars.
