While the customer service rep conducted themselves professionally, the warranty policy of Ellery Homestyles is not at issue hereThe issue is that the care instructions on the labeling directly caused the destruction of the product, and the customer service representative acknowledged that the actual care instructions differ from how the product is labeledI provided many opportunities for them to open an investigation and provide a replacement, but the company chose not to act.

The company's manufacturing distribution warehouse warranty policy was thoroughly explained to the consumer; replacement offers are not granted for items purchased outside of a one year time-frame, also considering the wear and tear of the product before the incident, and without a form of proof of
purchaseA sincere apology was relayed while explaining warranty replacement offersUpon not being satisfied with the eligibility outcome, the consumer did state that the the eligibility decision would be reportedAgain, an apology was given to the consumer during the initial response and at the end, along with why replacements could not be sent
