I've been a corporate pilot for over years, and have NEVER had such an upsetting experience at an FBO in friendly Colorado; specifically with the Manager of Customer Service It is my opinion that I was taken advantage by way of an officious chargethe VVJC has a monopoly, and chose not only to humiliate me when I questioned the charge, but did so in front of my peers; the worst part is that this was done by the MANAGER After the embarrassing scene, service from every part of the operation deteriorated to the poorest, most unprofessional level I have ever encountered at an FBO I felt as if this was done to spite, and there was NOTHING I could do about it This event occurred on January 16th,
