We have responded to this complaint. Some of the complaints were real and were all dealt with in a very timely fashion. This same complaint was filed with ***....*** after two days sided with us. Sometimes when you rent a home there are things that go wrong. We do our
best to solve every issue as soon as humanly possible. We allowed this gentleman to check in early. Batteries on COdetectors all decided to go out between the time we checked on Friday and when he came to house on Saturday at 11am....we fixed as soon as possible but set an angry tone with the renter.....we were truly sorry and fixed all his complaints within hours most within hours...As you will see by our stellar track record and our A+ rating over years in business, we have happy clients and do everything to keep them this way!
