I am rejecting this response because:
Of the slanderous comments from *** *** that I am a dishonest person
At this point there is no resolution Due to lack of experience and professionalism on behalf of the staff at Vail Management, my wife, *** ***, and I lost our reservations and vacation at a cost of extra airline fees and currency exchange fees in transferring monies to pay for the room we were trying to book through Vail Management, you will see the correspondence in the attachments from *** *** Yes I did transfer funds and said funds, as I explained to the staff of Vail Management, were coming from my business partners account, this due to tax reform changes that this year are effecting me as a foreigner living here in Mexico In the future we, my wife and I, will never use and certainly never recommend Vail Management to anyone we know, either personally nor professionally.

Revdex.com,
Mr. [redacted] never had a reservation with Vail Management Company. The purported reservation was under the name of [redacted]. In order to have a valid reservation, we must have a credit card on file, and a confirmation signed by the guest allowing us to charge the card...
for said services, just like any major hotel in the world. We never received a signed confirmation or a valid credit card, therefore there was never a reservation.
[redacted] credit card was declined and we asked for another card to take payment. Another credit card was never provided, after multiple email attempts to obtain a credit card for payment. In an attempt to obtain payment we tried to obtain a wire transfer from a foreign country. The wire transfer never made it to our bank account, and we never received a valid credit card, and therefore due to non-payment the reservation was canceled. After canceling the reservation and notifying the now [redacted] party of the cancelation, a mysterious wire transfer tried to enter out bank account. Mr. [redacted] sent me a photo copy (see attachment) of the wire initiation from another persons bank account in Mexico. The name on the bank account was [redacted]. Now it appears the Mr. [redacted] is wiring money from another persons bank account in an attempt to secure lodging in Vail. This appears to be theft or fraud and further alerted us to the idea that this was a scam the entire time. In regards to Mr. [redacted] wanting his money back, we never received any money from Mr. [redacted], therefore we had nothing to return. In an email asking for his money back, he directed us to deposit it into another bank account in the United States or have a friend come to our office an pick it up (see attachment), further cementing idea the Mr. [redacted] is an international scammer and acting in bad faith.
Regards,
[redacted]
