Review: I ordered a pair of jack boots and paid $ 99.00. The boots were not as described or pictured. They showed a brand new pair of boots. When I got the boots the were not the right size, and were worn out and filthy with dirt and mud. They were unacceptable, and I returned the boots per instructions on their web site. I e-mailed them, but they never responded. I requested a full refund per their instructions on their web site. This. also was false advertising .I have waited a long time for a refund, but never got one. I have a return tracking #.Ifollowed instructions from the seller for the return.Desired Settlement: A full refund of $ 99.00 plus shipping charges. The boots were not as pictured or described, and were the wrong size. Worn out and filthy. Unacceptable. Dilapidated and unusable condition.
