Vagabond Inn - N 1st St, SJ

My husband and I checked in on saturday 9/17/and checked out 9/18/Our room was a smoking room I am pregnant and We were not aware of that
My husband and I checked into Vagabond Inn on 9/17/and checked out 9/18/We traveled from San Francisco to San Jose and we even called over the phone to see if there where still rooms the manager DANNY said yes I have room I will hold it for youWe get there around XX:XX-X:XX am and we see signs that say THANK YOU FOR NO SMOKING! we get to our room and It smells like FRESHLY smoked cigarettesNext to the bed is an open condom and cigarette ashes and even behind the bathroom door aswell, there was a blood stain on the wall, my husband said the pillows smelled bad, and the bath tub was dirty along with the towelsI am pregnant I couldnt stand the smell and my husband called the front desk and asked if it was a smoking or non smoking room and Danny said its a smokingAt that point I am confused because everywhere on the walls
