Vadym Samus

In 2019 I changed whole A/C system at Toms River, NJ. Master was Vadim Samus contractor license ***. He did not finished his job and did not answered phone calls. Also he did not give me any invoice or receipt. He asked me to pay cash $3900. At that moment I was on closing for sale house and I had to get another person to finish job. Now I had to pay taxes and Vadim Samus does not gives me invoice or receipt for his job.
