I took my vacuum to the Greenwood location on Feb18th, 2015, I have had nothing but issues since dropping it off Told I would receive a call, I had to call them! Told it needed to be cleaned and there was nothing wrong with it, and they hadn't received a number from Dyson yet to fix "nothing" that was wrong with it Then I call Dyson, Dyson in turn calls them Lady told me Dyson doesn't call themUGHHH, argued with me on the phone Then weeks later I called to find out the status on my vacuum Wow, there is something wrong with it, a switch that they had to order I still have no vacuum and they NEVER answer the phone I have never received a phone call in over a month of it being there! VERY BAD SERVICE ALL AROUND!!! Only the Greenwood location involved though
Took our Bissell carpet cleaner to these guys for warranty work more than weeks agoPlaced calls to the local store and left messages, never once receiving a return callAfter sending an email to their webpage I received a call stating they had ordered part, then I was told they need to see what was wrong with it and that they would take parts from other units to get mine fixedI sent another email to the webpage explaining the situation and stating that I was not happyI then received a call from a man named Russell G** who said that he was the "owner" and that they were having problems getting parts from BissellAs I explained what was told to me by his company hours north (you'd think that he would want to know what they said) he became irate with me and told me "You can come and get your cleaner and take it back to Walmart or to Bissell and see how far you get." then promptly hung upThey are supposed to be the warranty provider for Bissell for the Indianapolis/Louisville area
