My experience with them was HORRIBLE!! I made my purchase directly on the website www.bahamasparadisecruise.com, I bought an ALL INCLUSIVE package for Freeport, at the time of my boarding the ship I knew that we would go to another hotel and that there was no service ALL INCLUDEDI was not warned of anything before!!! Were the worst holidays !! And so far, I have not received any email of apology or anything! I bought a completely different package, I stayed in an island days, without money, because I had bought a ALL INCLUSIVE package!!! I had no choice !! I traveled without knowing anything! NOBODY ANNOUNCED ME!
