When booking through a travel agent I expect to deal with one person, have reliable service, and security during my tripThis company is none of those thingsI recommend you only book flights and hotel stays during their office hoursBecause should you have any travel issues you're screwedThey have no emergency line or after hour contactAnd if you do have issues and you need to call the hotel to make changes, you can't because only the travel agent can make changes to your reservationJust pay the extra money and book your trip yourselfThis company will rob you of your money then lie and say they "tried to help you", only at their own convenienceComplete opposite of the definition of a travel agent
