When booking through a travel agent I expect to deal with one person, have reliable service, and security during my trip. This company is none of those things. I recommend you only book flights and hotel stays during their office hours. Because should you have any travel issues you're screwed. They have no emergency line or after hour contact. And if you do have issues and you need to call the hotel to make changes, you can't because only the travel agent can make changes to your reservation. Just pay the extra money and book your trip yourself. This company will rob you of your money then lie and say they "tried to help you", only at their own convenience. Complete opposite of the definition of a travel agent.
