Couldn't be happier with Vacation Store Miami and their services. After waiting almost two years for the Covid outbreak to settle down we used our credit and scheduled our trip. I received full credit and excellent service from Mary setting up my long stay in Cancun. She set me up with airport/hotel transport along with a great room. Thank you Mary.

I would give this place a zero myself and a group of friends recently took a trip too Punta Cana PrincessThe entire trip was horribleWe weren't informed that we weren't allowed to have guest from other resorts visit, but we were able to visit those resortsWe were told that their was free wifi only to learn that once we got there we had to pay $a day for wifi, and it rarely worked and was out the entire last daysWe also didn't have running water the last two daysWe had to use the restroom outside and go to other resortsThe public bathrooms were covered in feces and urine from other guest not having running waterWe came from an excursion and had to bathe in the pool because of thisThen we went to eat and got food poisoningThen when asking for bottled water, the staff said they ran outThis was a terrible experience especially considering all the nice things we heard about other resorts we were consideringAlso considering we were there for a celebration that was r

Rented a couple of rooms through Vacation Store of Miami was lucky to have Yaid as my booking agent. Had to cancel and Yaid delivered excellent customer service following through right to the end making certain the refund was correct and received by me. Will diffidently use her again.

Booked a "reservation" to Punta Cana The Majestic Colonial Resort. Come to find out a "reservation" is only a request not an actual reservation!! Even though you are given a reservation number it does NOT confirm that you have an actual reservation. In the receipt it states reservation 3 times!! Also the website misrepresents itself. You believe that you are actually at the Majestic Colonial website, however you are really at Vacation Store Miami. Everything about it looks like the Majestic Colonial though! Would NOT recommend booking through this company.

Everyone in the group was happy and no one had any issues when we got to the hotel. I keep coming back to her for all my travel accommodations. I'm working with her right now for a large group of 120 people. She is definitely the best!!!!
