Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Four month ago I made a reservation that was paid in full and confirmed A week ago [redacted] from VMG asked me to cancelI refused due to planning this trip for a long time with non-refundable airfare and car rental for people [redacted] reserved a single room in much less desirable area instead of two rooms/two bathrooms condo in more desirable area [redacted] assured me that room guaranteed to have two queen sized beds and roll away bed He said I will receive confirmation 2-days later I never received a confirmation till I contacted [redacted] from VMG When I finally received it( copy attached) it clearly says that rooms with two queen size beds sold out completely When I called directly to hotel they confirmed that the only room available with a single king size bed in room ads well as they do not have available roll-away beds , but I can put a request for it ythat is not guaranteed One king size bed can not accommodate people [redacted] miss leaded me I asked [redacted] to ask [redacted] to call me back that he never didI would like VMG to rent an identical accommodation I originally paid for and confirmed Sincerely, [redacted]
To whom it may concern: I personally have spoken to ***. His reservation was cancelled by one of our clients approximately a week ago, which I am not sure if the client did it on accident or purpose, we are still trying to verifyWe are very sorry that this happened to our client
*** and that it happened to us. Regardless of all that my representative *** and I have called every resort in Kauai Hawaii to accommodate our guest *** ***. With such short notice I only found room that would accommodate his family and we tried calling over resorts. I don't want a client to be unhappy, especially since they are going on vacation, so I spent over an hour on the phone with *** to make sure it would suffice for him and his family and he agreed once I got the roll out bed approved by the resort. We only received $1,from *** and we paid $to put him in the new room just to make him happy so he wouldn't lose out on his vacation in Hawaii. I am not sure how he thinks we are in the wrong since we went way above and beyond to accommodate him. I could've saved myself a ton of money and headache by just telling *** to take care of him and pay them a $cancellation fee. If it comes down to it I will do just that. I have put in a complaint against this client with *** so they hopefully will be in contact with him soon. He has threatened my employees and is making threats to our business so at this point I am not willing to do anymore for someone of his stature.Thanks***
To whom it may concern: The client is wrong about the room setup. I confirmed with the Resort that this resort would have beds. I did initially have the room setup with queen beds but with that configuration the resort wouldn't allow for the fold out bed because of fire code, so I had the resort change the room configuration. Mr*** only thinks that there is a king bed in this room which is the main bed but it also has a queen sofa sleeper which pulls out from the couch and I also had confirmed with the resort that they would bring in a fold out bed so it would sleep 5-people without a problem. I spent well over an hour on the phone with the resort to get this all set up. I submitted all of these issues over to ***, along with the receipt showing I paid for a room outside of *** just to accommodate their guest *** and asked them to let me know what I should do with him since he was making threats via email and on the phone. *** notified me yesterday to cancel his reservation I had made outside of *** at *** and that they would take care of him here moving forward. So he is no longer our client and *** has already refunded *** from what they emailed to me.I have attached what *** has sent to me along with the receipt of the amount I paid *** which way way above what I received from the client.Also I did call *** back and left him a voicemail and he finally called me back the next day and I was out of town and when I got back I was notified by *** that they were going to take care of *** and would contact him.Thanks ***

I am rejecting this response because: Please see attached confirmation from [redacted], stating :"2 Queen size beds Not Guaranteed/Sold Out ", guest per room - 1 adult .
I talked personally to [redacted] , representative confirmed that the only room they have is with one king size bed , no couch and roll -away bed sold out, but request can be submitted . Mr. [redacted]'s statements are false . The only accommodation I could find on the island was through [redacted] for $ 2657.80 . I would like VMG to cover the rental with payment of $ 1427.56
