Thank you for giving us the opportunity to respond to this complaintMs [redacted] purchased with our company on 5/6/and purchased a program for $11,(not $17,as her complaint states)She paid her down payment which was 15% of the purchase priceMs [redacted] signed and took home a copy of the VI Purchase and Security Agreement which has the rescission information on the top of page above her name and address, and on the last page in bold above her signatureMs [redacted] had days to rescind her contract in writing to the address provided in her contractWe understand that she contacted our sales office on or around the 17th of May which is clearly out of her rescission periodNevertheless, we have decided to refund Ms***s her down payment (see attached) and cancel out her VI ownershipI have called and left a message for Ms***s explaining this resolution, as well as an email with the documentation of the refund which was completed on 5/23/ We thank you for allowing us to respond to this complaint and we believe this should be closed as satisfied Thank you, Michelle C [redacted] Client Relations Manager
