Vacasa

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Texted us the Friday before our stay started (on Saturday) to inform us that the pool would be closed for "maintenance" until Tuesday. Every day we have asked and every day we have gotten the run around about when it would reopen. No one could even tell us what was being done to the pool that necessitated closing. We tried to relocated but there were "no other available" condos in our area, conveniently. They also wouldn't give us a full refund before we arrived or we would have tried to stay elsewhere. They have "24/7 support" which is such a joke because you're on hold for hours and then they promise to return your call and no one ever does. The internet works about 30mim at a time. Also, the unit needs major updating, and I mean major. Do yourself a favor and rent through a different company because Vacasa is a joke!
