To Dispute Resolution Team, We apologize for the inconvenience caused to [redacted] We have checked in our records of the services rendered to [redacted]. As per our records, [redacted] was satisfied with the services performed by our technician. He also made a payment via...
e-check. However later he you wanted to change the payment mode to a credit card. Since his check had already been deposited it was not possible for us to change the payment mode. This was explained to him. At that stage he stated that he wanted a full refund. Since the refund was not really related to work performance, our billing department offered a courtesy refund of 100$ which was accepted by him. Our billing department sent a confirmatory mail to him and requested him to accept the settlement before actually making a refund. It seems, that around that time [redacted] changed his mind and filed the above complaint to Revdex.com. As a company we believe in keeping our customers happy and satisfied under all circumstances and are willing to go an extra mile to achieve that. Therefore, as a goodwill gesture to, we have requested our Billing department to process the refund for $400.00 to [redacted]. This would be done via Bill pay facility of our Bank. Generally, it would take about 7-10 business days for [redacted] to receive the check at his mailing address in our records. We request [redacted] to confirm when he has received the refund.
