On January 16 2020 I called v12software about demo video ,they answered the call in 5 seconds after talking with the operator he made me ,actually manipulated to give the credit card info and buy the 200$ plan not explaining how I can cancel or how it works our conversation got interrupted and he called me back right away not even 2 seconds after the payment went thru he said I'll manage your acount and I'll call you next day,after our conversation got over I looked thru the email he sent it to me and I decided that is not what I want I called for the demo he pushed me to give him the credit card info I called him right away he didn't answer ,next day I called again no answer,I called the number is on website someone answered and said to me that I have to write them an email I did that too it's allready 3 of February no one contacted me and they didn't refund me ,I didn't use that service not even for an hour I don't know how to contact and how to get my refund back because they not working with the costumers so please Revdex.com take action in this manner as a bussines they have to resolve any incident between them and a costumer
