I BUY A PARTS ONLINE IN THE PLACE THEY SEND ME THE PARTS FROM TAIWAN I CALL THEM I ASK IF I CAN HAVE ORIGINAL PARTS FOR MY BIKE THEY TOLD ME NO WELL I TRY TO MADE THE RETURN THEY WANT TO CHARGE 25 PERCENT OF THE PURCHARGE, THEY SALE CHIPER PARTS AND DO NOT HAVE HO MADE THE PART IN THE POST.

I bought a V Twin New Era air cleaner from a private seller on ebay. It was brand new, but never mounted on a bike. Upon opening it, I discovered some bad scratches on the cover. After some back and forth with V Twin, I was told they do cannot help me with a replacement part. I find it hard to believe that a company cannot help with replacement parts for the products they sell. Piss poor customer service.
