V & B Growers

I started talking to MrDave ***, the owner of V&B Growers, in March We told him we needed plants for homes we have, our main house and our beach house
The order was for both homes He delivered the plants as agreed upon for the beach house but never delivered the plants for the main house
The plants for the beach house he supplied them and on the invoice they are the ligustrum and bamboo They did not need to be planted They were just to stay in the containers and placed on the deck
The second part of the order was everything else on the invoice which needed to be planted and had restrictions with sun, shade, tree cover, and had to match what we had existing Mr*** was explained this by us and our landscaper He instructed me how to figure out how many plants I needed and I did that to the best of my ability which as he knew I'm not a professional plant person
