I bought my uw subscription on Feb 2021 for 6 months.Then I renewed my account for another year.
Recently I moved to a new country & changed my contact number and some info.
After 5 days of changing these info,UW deactivated mh account without any email.
I contacted their support team and they responded 2 days later and ask my contact number for a call to verify me.I provided it but there were no response, no call yet.
During last 12 days I sent them 7 mails,but all of them are ignored.
My days are being wasted with huge amount of money.This is disrespectful, we expect much better from UW as a consumer.
You cant deactivate my account based on your suspicion,At least try to verify me.
Now I have to spend another 439 USD.
