I have contracted with this company for 15 months and they just gave a savings overview on my viv autopilot *** page that surprised me. It says I’ve lost over $100 and I asked in writing for an analysis and now am being put off. I want a complete list of what utilities they contacted to lower my bills and where I can read from my bill or my utility account of the rates lowered by viv autopilot. I want to know how to easily end my relationship with viv autopilot if I decide it is not a valid service.
