The business sent out one cleaner initially at 5 who arrived without cleaning products, so we provided what we had (even though I told the business everything we had was packed) and she started upstairs in the bathroom. I heard her phone going off constantly. Another woman came a little later and started on the kitchen, she did a decent job except forgot a cabinet (pictured) and I had to finish wiping out the fridge. The first lady said this would take both of them 4 hours (finished at 9p), which I said was fine as long as the job was done well. She then came downstairs abruptly at 8p and stated she needed to leave. I asked if everything had been done and I had been in the house most of the time. She claimed the bathrooms, floors, etc. were done but there was visible debris from moving still on the floor. It was dark by then, so I wasn't able to see everything until the next day, when I contacted the owner (I presume). See screenshots of text messages.

He said he would send out a cleaner to finish and never did, then sent belligerent texts when I told him I would file a google claim, contact the BBB and leave him a review on google - for which he threatened pressing charges for defamation. He offered to refund the $20 tip I gave each cleaning girl ($40 total). I tipped just to be nice even though I knew the job was unacceptable for a move-out clean, which is what I booked. He still has not provided a receipt, which I requested several times. The screenshots below tell the story. I wish we would have taken more pictures before we undertook finishing cleaning ourselves; I was nearly 5 months pregnant with twins and this was terrible for me. We had to clean up the tile, all the bathroom drawers and shelves, actually mop the floors, finish the kitchen, etc. all of which took an additional 3 hours. We should be able to trust Google-backed services; Google refunded us everything but the tip even without a receipt.

I purchased house cleaning from this company through Groupon. First, I am not able to get a hold of this company, I called so many times that I gave up. I kept getting that their mailbox was full and could not receive any more messages. So I basically gave up. However, in June I received an e-mail from Groupon that I groupon with this company was going to expire soon and did I want to extend. So, I thought, well, maybe I could give it another try. So I have called and called, left messages when their messages were not full, never heard back. Then out of the blue, I got through and scheduled a time for them to come Tuesday, July 2nd at 5:30. No one showed up. Then, I rescheduled and they were supposed to come Wednesday, July 3rd at 8:30 a.m. Again, nothing, so I called and was very surprised that I actually got through. They said they came by, my husband is home all of the time because he is on medical disability and so he was home. I was told that they would call me back today (July 3) and I have received no call. I am not able to get through to them and so even though I paid $55.00 for this service, I am not going to be able to use it.
