The WORST - below zero

I have been buying from a lot of different companies. But I would STAY AWAY from this one. First they changed my online order to their over priced gold set. Then trying to sell it back at a loss, even though they claim they have the item 3 days ago, they need 7-14 days to examine the item before issuing credit. This company has cost me a lot of $$$ and I am sorry I ever found it.
