Review: These people are thieves. I delivered a 24" gas range to this organization for repair and clean up. I dealt with a woman named [redacted] and submitted a $50.00 deposit. I returned in 2 weeks and seen that my gas range had not been touched. I was informed by [redacted] that they were so busy that they were unable to get to it. [redacted] also said that she would call when it was ready. I waited another 2 weeks without hearing from her and returned to the store. When I returned to the store I noticed that my 24" gas range was not in sight. [redacted] said that the range was being worked on in the back, when I asked to see it she said "no one is allowed in the back". She also said she would call me the next day and tell me when it is ready. Having not heard from [redacted] I returned to the store. [redacted] was not there and I spoke to a gentleman about the gas range and he informed me that they didn't have a 24" gas range. I left returning the next day to speak to [redacted]. The next day [redacted] said they had the range but could not find it. I said to [redacted] that " I believe that it has been sold" and I requested the replacement value, about $400.00 and my $50.00 deposit. [redacted] said she would inform the [redacted] and I should return the following week. I returned in a weekand [redacted] asked that I write a letter to the [redacted] in their appointment book which I did. To make a long story short I have returned twice more leaving letters without satisfaction. This company has stolen my property and refuses to make ammends.Desired Settlement: To be equally compensated for my loss.

Review: On November **, 2014, I arrived at Used Appliance Outlet Inc to purchase a stove. The cost of the stove was 140.00 this included the cost of the delivery. I paid the amount in full and was assured that the stove would arrive the following morning. Which would be November **, 2014. On November **, 2014 I received a call from the person that sold the stove to me. I know her as [redacted]. [redacted] said that the stove could not be delivered that morning but would definitely be delivered sometime the same afternoon between 3 p.m and 4 p.m. Around 3:30 p.m on November **, 2014, [redacted] called me and said that the guy that could hook up the stove was not coming in but I would be the first delivery that the company made on Sat November **, 2014. I was upset and told [redacted] that I no longer wanted the stove and wanted a full refund because I wasted an entire day waiting for the stove to arrive. [redacted] tried to convince me to change my mind but I insisted that I wanted my money back and no longer wanted to do business with them. Numerous phone calls were exchanged between [redacted] and myself. I received 100.00 of my money on November **, 2014. I received another 20.00 on November **, 2014. I was told that I could get the remaining 20.00 on December *, 2014 but the company does not have the money today to give to me. I was asked to call back on December *, 2014.Desired Settlement: I'm seeking a refund of the remaining 20.00 that is owed to me. This has been an ordeal trying to get my money back. I paid in full for and did not get the desired service so I'm at a lost as to why it is taking such a long time in Used Appliance to fully refund my money
