the website, we do not accept returns on electronic parts of any kind. We do guarantee them. see the attached image of the Canon EX RT flash shoe and wiring harnessThe package has been opened. It is no longer factory packed and checked. We have no way of repacking the part. The package was a plain plastic bag...a wiring harness is not electronic Your response is not valid in my opinion...I am not happy with the response or resolution, and the only way I will be happy is if you take the unused part back...like every other business in this day and age The part is still brand new, and unused
