Review: On April *,2015, I brought my vehicle to be repaired at Jerry Auto. My vehicle had been hit and had front end damage. The repairs would be paid by Geico Auto Insurance. While my vehicle was being repaired, my license plates were stolen and when I went to pick up my vehicle on May **,2015 my entire car had been painted a different color. The bumper still had damage because it had not been replaced, it was repaired. When I complained to the owner he attempted to convince me that the color was ok. I took my vehicle to a BMW dealer and was told that every thing was no good about the job that was done, so I took it back and told them what I was told. I then contacted Geico to try to make a compliant, but I was told it was nothing they could do because I chose them. I then went back to them and complained again, so on July **,2015, they said it would be repaired properly, but it is still not good. The color is wrong and the paint job is horrible, my hood is not fixed properly and does not stay up, the cases under my hood are all cracked and broken, the front piece on the bumper fell off after my first hand wash and the clear paint is peeling off. They did not replace any thing and the repairs were horrible. I lost a lot of time and money dealing with these people and my car is ruined to no repair.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbusrt for the cost of my vehicle.
