I have never had so many problems with a cable company in my life. I only had the service for 6 days (from 7/14/20 to 7/20/20). They have continuously been trying to charge me for the equipment (which I have receipts showing were returned within the required time frame). They are now saying that I have a past due bill of almost $195. The customer representatives on the phone have not been helpful at all and don't seem to care about their customers. I would NOT recommend using their service EVER!

I signed up for AT&T TV a couple of months ago and signed up for auto pay with a debit card. Everything was fine the first couple of months. I lost the debit card I used for autopay so another one had to be issued to me. AT&T then emailed me informing me that they attempted to get the Payne but were unable to do so. So I called to revise the debit card number. The customer service agent couldn’t find my account and advised me to try the AT&T app. That didn’t work because it kept popping up my boyfriends AT&T cell phone account. I called back and was hung up on. I called back again to discuss the bill and attempt to pay it again for the third or fourth time and they always have a hard time pulling up my account asking me is it under another name. When I ask to just pay my bill over the phone, they again tell me to go to the app because they cannot take my payment over the phone which is ridiculous. I can pay over the phone with everything else. They can’t find my account but they have no problem emailing me to tell me they’re shutting off my service for nonpayment and that I owe them $300 for an early termination fee. When I’ve tried to pay it several times! I’m at the point where I’m am extremely unsatisfied with AT&T and I’d just rather not be in business with them ever again. I will pay the past due amount if they send me a bill by mail but they need to waive the early termination fee since it is their fault in however they set up the account that I’ve had all theses problems and was unable to pay.

The satellite service offered by USA Wireless is very spotty and not recommend since there are better service providers available. We have USA Wireless for our entire condo association for a large gated community. All the residents have had bad experiences with their service. USA Wireless Satellite service goes out nearly every day in the winter and regularly even in the summer time. We have had the service go out even when it’s simply cloudy with no rain. When the condo association complained to USA Wireless, we were assured that a new, better dish will be installed that will prevent outages due to bad weather. The new dish was never installed. I am on the condo board for my building and we have already voted to remove them as our satellite service provider and gotten a new provider.

USA Wireless Satellite TV is the assigned company to service my building for all *** technical and installation issues. I have contacted this company 5 times over the past month to come out and provide assistance with a technical error message I am receiving Error Code *** Per *** all technicians for my building should be dispatched through USA Wireless.
After coming out on four separate occasions the problem continues to occur and not able to find the root cause of this issue after I am required to pay an annual maintenance contract for support. I have been more than patient to allow USA Wireless to correct the issue to no resolve and have to continue to either miss work to allow a technician into my home to correct the issue.
On the last occasion the technician who was dispatched has horrible customer service. I explained the issue that has continued to occur and the representative did not respond then after 5 mins walked out of my home without stating anything. I had to call USA Wireless to find out the representative left and proceed to go home instead of fixing the issue or advising me that the issue cannot be corrected or what had been completed. The company asked me to see if the problem continued over the weekend which it did and to give them a call back on Monday, April 23rd. I called the company and still awaiting for a call back or fix to correct this issue after receiving this error code for the last 46 days with no resolve.

I looked into your complaint very carefully. USA Wireless has been in business since 1994 and we have been complaint free for over five years. I am only mentioning this to let you know as a Company we do take your complaint very serious and what to make you happy with your ***. To start off with It looks like this is your first time with a problem with your service. I see that it was installed in November of 2016. After reviewing your complaint I do agree that the situation was not taken care of in a better time frame. We had to send three different technicians out to finally fix your problem. The 2nd technician who you felt was rude for walking away from you was written up and put into his employment file. In the 3 visits that we came out to you building we basically did change out most of your equipment including new switches, connectors, receivers and cable. The building has 89 units in it and yours seemed to be the one major problem.

For your inconvenience in this situation we would like to refund you your entire maintenance fee you have paid our Company. Even though the problem was finally resolved it took way to long for our standards and we as a Company are very sorry. Please except this apology and let us know where we should send your refund to. Moving forward any problems you might have I would like you to reach out to me at Jason*** or warren*** who is the owner of the Company at ***

The building where I live, *** Apartment, had free USA Wireless Satelite *** service for free for all tenants until March 2017. At that point, tenants were notified that in order to get television transmission, they would either have to sign up with *** (for approximately $60 per month) or contact USA Wireless *** on own. I compared prices and decided on USA Wireless *** after speaking with company representatives, STEVE S and BART P. These men PROMISED ME that, BECAUSE I WAS AN *** and *** customer, my rate would REMAIN THE SAME FOR TWO YEARS ($37.55).

This appears to be a misrepresentation on either/or MR. S or MR. P'S part. My bill went to $55.99 as of the statement date 03/07/2018-04/06/2018. I called USA WIRELESS on Monday, April 2, 2018, to ask them to honor their original contract. I was told MR. STEVE S would be out of the office until Tuesday, April 3. I called April 3 and left a message. No callback. I called Wednesday, April 4, 2018 and talked with MR. STEVE S. He denied making such an offer to me. He said I should talk to MR. BART P, and he would have Mr. P call me. Mr. P DID NOT CALL ME BACK. I left messages with BART P on Thursday, April 5th and on Friday, April 6th. I still have not received a call back, nor has USE Wireless Satelite *** honored their original contract with me and sent me a correct bill for $37.55.

The billing issue and increase was by *** not USA Wireless. What appears to have happened was *** had a promotion for TV and Internet service for a bundle price. The mistake made was that you did not qualify for that promotion and *** increased your package up to $55.99. USA Wireless values your business and will send you a check for the difference of $18.44 for 12 months. We will then go back and deal with *** on this error on there part. The reason the bills was so high, according to a *** agent, was the one-time charge for changing packages. Mr. Jason L has offered me, by phone, a $100 check to cover the costs of switching packages. I find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
