USA Waste Solutions

I made an overpayment of $396.56 on 12-3-19. I called several times. I was promised almost 4 weeks ago that the refund will be mailed to me. I didn't get it yet. I asked if I can go to their office to pick up the check. No one called me back for that issue. The person that answer the phone states that she will let her supervisor know about it. He called me only once about 4 weeks ago promising he will mail the refund back. Did not hear from him again.
