Today I received a $99 refund check in the mail from O'Neal Sanitation dated 7/14/17.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and I am confused since I just received a bill for the next quarter of service (September- November), Invoice [redacted]. Please see the attached image.   Which I would like to point out is billed 60 days before service and due on net 30 terms.  At this point I would like some confirmation on the credit of $48.oo for 90 days of service that they are offering.
